Hozro: The good life, happiness, natural health & strength

The above is inspired by the wisdom of the Navajo, what they call hozro:

The Navajo word hozro … means a sort of blend of being in harmony
with one’s environment, at peace with one’s circumstances, content
with the day, devoid of anger, and free from anxieties.

- - Tony Hillerman, The Ghostway, p. 146

Does this mean happiness happens without any effort? There is a difference between just hoping for happiness and actively pursuing happiness. It takes a proactive approach.
